30,000!

The other day Rachel got a phone call from the sale's rep where we are buying our house. We stopped by the next day to find out that they are giving us $30,000 off the base price of our house. Oh my goodness! I almost cried. Merry Christmas to us!!! Here are the latest pictures.

The biggest update on the house is that they have installed the carpet. Here is a close up of the tile and the carpet together.


The railing has been painted.
Pictures of my bathroom. They have installed all the lights and mirrors. Also they put on the shower door and took out the protective plastic on the bath.
