Missing house photos.

After I posted the pictures of the house before, I realized that there were a few views missing. Including the outside!

The front of the house. And yes that is a PROUD Hawkeye flag in the window!

The stairway.

Downstairs half bath. It is difficult taking pictures in a room that small!

We've moved in!

Come on in! This is what you will see when you walk through the front door.

Take a seat in the great room.

Feel free to enjoy some tv. Rob and Big anyone?

If our first night of people over is a sign of things to come, people will tend to gather in the kitchen.

If you are looking for a quieter place, you might check out the den.

If you are lucky you might get to go upstairs...

Here is the view from the top.

Laundry room.
Rachel's room. I know, I know. She is working on it. She wants new linens before she paints her walls. Fair enough.

Her bathroom does look very nice.

The guest room/Megan's future room.

My room! With some new furniture. I do have a bedside table coming. Right now the rubbermaid tub is working fine.

My closet. It is wonderful.

Well, thanks for taking a look! Can't wait for everyone to see it in person!

Vegas Baby!

I spent New Year's in Las Vegas. We did not take very many pictures this time. But we did have a great time. This is the one picture I have of one of our dress up nights. This was from the night we went to Tryst at the Wynn. I think it was the prettiest club I have ever been in. We left the boys to themselves that night. The next night Nancy and I went to LAX at Luxor. That club was crazy packed. They kept announcing the celebrities that came in. I did not see any of those and there were so many people there we couldn't even make it to the dance floor. We looked super cute, but don't have a picture. Boo.

New Year's eve was yard drink night. If you can't tell our drinks are sitting on the floor. It is probably not a great idea to drink something that is more than half of your height. At least it was the only thing I drank and it took me all night.

These are pictures from the last night there. Nancy and I before we went out.

The half yard drinks that we got on Freemont Street. It was fun to check out Old Vegas.
And last, but not least, I got a GREAT surprise. Before I went to Vegas, I kept trying to convince Paul to come with us. He kept saying that he didn't think he could go. Seriously I bugged him about it nearly every day for a week. So I was quite pleased to get a text asking if I was still awake. I knew he had to be there. This picture if from the night he surprised me. We stayed up talking all night and checked out the breakfast buffet. My boy loves anything he can put gravy on.
